- Guest RSVP Data: Names, attendance status, meal preferences, and optional messages submitted through wedding RSVP pages.
- Account Information: Email address and name when you create or sign into a planner account via the mobile app.
- Wedding Details: Wedding date, venue, couple names, and customization preferences you enter in the planner app.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and device information for improving the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver RSVP responses to the couple in real time via the mobile app.
- Operate and improve the MyWeddingPal platform and mobile application.
- Send push notifications about new RSVPs (only to the couple who set up the wedding).
- Provide customer support when requested.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Guest RSVP data is shared only with the couple who owns the wedding page. We use Supabase as our database provider and may use third-party analytics tools to understand product usage — all governed by their own privacy policies.
4. Data Retention
RSVP data and wedding details are retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
5. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cloud storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable steps to protect your information.
