By accessing or using MyWeddingPal (the "Service"), including our website at myweddingpal.com and our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MyWeddingPal provides a digital wedding planning and RSVP management platform that allows couples to create personalized online wedding invitation pages, collect guest RSVPs, manage guest lists, track budgets, and coordinate vendor information via our mobile application.
3. User Accounts
To access planner features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Providing accurate and current information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Use the Service for any commercial solicitation without our prior written consent.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you upload to MyWeddingPal, including wedding details, guest information, and photographs. By submitting content, you grant MyWeddingPal a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
6. Guest RSVPs
Guests who submit RSVP responses through a public wedding page are providing their information directly to the couple who created that page. MyWeddingPal acts as a platform intermediary. Couples are responsible for handling guest data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
7. Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyWeddingPal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the mobile app settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
